I’m supposed to be preparing for my essays… And when you can’t concentrate in your dorm room, there’s no better place to study than in cafes, am I right? ;)
Amazing weather in York today (actually it’s been really good for the past couple of weeks) so I’ve decided to go to a cafe and afterwards just walk around York before dinner.
The cafe I went to is called Bruks Cafe.
It is located in an alley across from H. Samuel
It’s my second time here and it’s such a gem. The shop itself feels cozy and it is absolutely adorable. Plus the food is really good!
I had lemon drizzle cake this time and chicken pesto panini the first time I was here.
I probably spent two hours here (studying, of course… maybe not ;)) before heading out to take a stroll…

It feels like I’ve barely scratched the surface of this place… and it saddens me to say that I will leave this incredible place soon…
I’m definitely going to see more of what York has to offer so stay tuned!
