I’ve realized that my friend and I ate quite a lot of food when we were in Barcelona…

Here are all the photos of foods we tried out! And scroll down for top 3 recommendations by yours truly :)

All the places we went had amazing and affordable food.

Here are my three favorites that I myself will probably go again when/if I return to Barcelona

  1. Cervecería Catalana Indú – the queue is really worth the wait. This place is known to have one of the best tapas in Barcelona (great reviews, great atmosphere, great price). My friend and I came here two times because the food was that amazing. I recommend the fried hot chillis, prawn skewers and the huevos cabreados (crispy potato).
  2. La Pallaresa – Churreria – another place that has a long queuing line. Locals and tourists all come here for the hot chocolate and the churros. The hot chocolate might seem a bit bland the first bite but it gets really addicting. People scrape off every last bit of hot chocolate with their spoon, and you would do so as well!
  3. La Paradeta Sagrada Familia – can’t come to Barcelona without trying the fresh seafood! While La Paradeta Sagrada Familia is located near la Sagrada Família (thus pretty far away from the beach), it still has really fresh and delicious seafood!

If you’re going to Barcelona with one other friend, ordering three tapas should be enough for a meal! Hope my recommendations are helpful!
